These terms govern your use of OakNex MRP. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Free trial & early access
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to sign up. After the trial, your workspace continues in early access at no charge — we don't hold a card on file, and we will not auto-charge you. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll notify you in advance and you'll choose whether to continue.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use OakNex for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service (e.g. excessive automated requests).
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
Your data
You own the business data you enter into OakNex — items, recipes, orders, customer and supplier records, and everything else in your workspace. You can export it at any time. We only access it to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service, or as you direct.
Service availability
OakNex is provided "as is" during early access. We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't currently offer an uptime service level agreement (SLA).
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OakNex is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service. During early access, where no fees are charged:
liability is capped at [amount to be set — legal review] or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify account owners by email before the changes take effect.
